My values and training are rooted in anti-oppression and shape me as a trauma therapist. I have worked with survivors of trauma for the past 20+ years as a social worker, community organizer, trainer, and psychotherapist. My approach is rooted in relational psychotherapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, feminist relational approaches, trauma-informed practice, transformative justice, healing justice, and harm reduction. I am grounded in intersectionality and survivor-centered work.
