I welcome folks of all genders, sexual orientations and cultural backgrounds and am kink and poly-friendly.

I love working with healers, those in the helping professions and highly sensitive people (HSP’s) as well as people in all fields/areas of life interested in coming into kinder, more compassionate relationships with themselves and with their bodies. Somatic, mindfulness-based therapy helps you experience a more grounded, empowered and easeful you.

My client-centered, collaborative approach is informed by somatic (body-oriented), relational, attachment, psychodynamic and social-justice oriented theories, Buddhist psychology, my personal insight meditation (Vipassana) practice, conscious dance and a deep connection with nature.

I have specialized training in Hakomi, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for the treatment of trauma and PACT couples therapy.
