Jayne is an educator, clinical supervisor, and entrepreneur. She has extensive experience and training in somatic psychotherapy, the Structural Dissociation Model, and Spiritual Direction. She holds multiple certifications in clinical supervision, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Synergetic Play Therapy, family systems therapy, and substance abuse/addictions.
In her private practice, she works with clients of all ages on a full range of issues with a specialty in systemic and somatic couples therapy. In addition to her clinical work, she is the owner of Connecticut Aerial Yoga, where she teaches aerial yoga and aerial arts classes. Jayne has incorporated ground circus equipment and the yoga swing for somatic intervention in play therapy with young children.
Since beginning her graduate studies in 1985, Jayne has been unwavering in her sense of purpose to evolve and refine her approach to healing and transformation through movement, yoga, somatic psychotherapy, and spirituality. As a lifelong student, Jayne is actively involved in self-study and immersion in cutting-edge knowledge, blending neuroscience, attachment, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and authenticity.
