I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, which is a gentle yet effective way of healing from early wounds or trauma. When helping partners build a secure bond, I practice Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Emotionally Focused Therapy is a powerful and research-backed method of helping people in relationships move from separateness to deep emotional connection.
