The foundation of my approach is psychodynamic & somatically oriented - it is informed by theories of attachment, child development, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Yogic philosophy and practice, Buddhist philosophy/mindfulness meditation (Vipassana), Resiliency, Post-traumatic Growth, & Enneagram.
