440 N. Barranca #1823

In my online practice I help people metabolize what lingers from stressful life events and from relational harms and loss. I help folks feel more at home in themselves and their relations, & rediscover supple, sturdy, engaged, relaxed, and creative ways of being that feel meaningful, nourishing, and genuine for them. I specialize in offering creative, somatic, ecological, and liberatory perspectives.

I work with folks across the life span, weaving a bespoke approach with Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, movement and improvisational play in therapy, and EMDR approaches. As a therapist I am playful, welcoming, focused, creative, and attuned. I work with many folks who identify as Queer, Trans, Non-Binary, and Gender Queer, Indigenous, Black, POC, Feminist, Neurodivergent, and Disabled.

Rooted in embodied antiracist, decolonizing ways woven with somatic wisdom traditions and embodied expressive arts, I'm curious about the inherent relational healing magic of living beings.
