Most people have experienced challenges in their life - whether it be traumatic event(s) and/or attachment wounds from some of our most important relationships- and it is normal to feel stuck, lost, or confused as a result of what we have experienced. People have the resources and inner wisdom to heal and by working together we can integrate those painful experiences so they do not remain in the present causing emotional pain and disturbance.
Katrina embodies a calm and approachable nature as she believes that profound healing can happen in the safety of a therapeutic relationship. Katrina holds a holistic approach to well-being and she believes therapy is just one part of that. Together we can explore not only the issues you struggle with but also the things in your life that bring you a sense of peace and contentment. We will build on your strengths and what you are already doing to increase your well-being.
