In therapy I work with adults navigating a wide range of challenges including complex trauma, ADHD, identity exploration, parenting, systemic oppression, and life transitions in midlife. I’m especially passionate about supporting queer and trans clients, those involved in caregiving roles, and individuals facing burnout, shame, or relational stress rooted in their history or community experiences.

I would describe my style as thoughtful, direct, curious, and respectful. I aim to help you understand the deeper layers of your experiences while also offering practical, day-to-day tools to support change. I draw from a blend of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (a body-based trauma healing modality), mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), liberation psychology, and attachment theory. We’ll work together to understand your nervous system, your story, and your strengths, without forcing change before you’re ready.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20 years in nonprofit and community mental health leadership, which continues to inform my socially conscious and systems-aware approach to care. I bring compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, crochet, reading, and raising my two kids.
