I integrate cutting-edge, experiential, body-based therapies into my practice to move beyond some of the limits of traditional talk therapy, including EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Attachment Focused Adult Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS; Parts Work, Reparenting), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. My hope is that in our work together, we can move beyond coping and start healing.
