A bow of welcome to you! Taking the first steps of exploration into suffering, challenging life circumstances, overwhelming emotions, and conflicts with others takes courage, and I acknowledge that you have taken this difficult first step. People who feel stuck struggle to shift their perspectives; cling to overused actions that are no longer serving them; and get mired in stories that keep them stuck. These challenges are an invitation for us to invite the wisdom of the body to access healing.
