Metabolizing trauma is at the heart of what I do. As a body-centered psychotherapist, I believe in including the wisdom of body, emotions, and mind to guide you toward resiliency. In working with individuals embedded in political contexts, I integrate different modalities, sensitivities, and varied approaches to healing. I welcome plural and complex identities to explore their somatic dialogue through embodied practices. This is also informed by more than 16 years of experience as a national and international educator and trainer. I support therapists in their professional and personal path as a teacher, supervisor, and mentor.
