I believe in the inner wisdom and embodied intelligence that each person holds. As humans we are influenced by our past, our family of origin, and the communities that helped shape us. I utilize these experiences not as a way to define life, but to honor one’s history with compassion and curiosity. I work collaboratively with clients to bring insight and clarity to their lives so that they live out their calling even in the face of challenges or trauma. I work with people who are seeking a life of depth and richness as they navigate life transitions and crossing critical thresholds in their development as a human.
My practice is informed by a background in the healing arts, advanced training in the feminist relational model of treating trauma, attachment, systems, and psychodynamic schools of thought, and my current studies in Sensiormotor Psychotherapy.
