Laura is the founder and clinical director of Move Therapy and Wellness with 19 years of combined academic, professional and clinical training and counseling experience. Laura uses a variety of therapeutic techniques including EMDR, trauma-informed, strengths-based, Cognitive Behavioral, Sensorimotor, Acceptance and Commitment and mindfulness based interventions. She is successful in helping people feel better about themselves, set and achieve goals, build or rebuild healthy relationships, work through challenges and design a path that will get them to where they want to be.
