An essential part of our lives is creating and maintaining connections: to ourselves, other people, and the world around us. Sometimes, those connections require extra attention, in order to get the most out of life. I work from a person-centered, holistic, and mindfulness-based approach. I try to help my clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while practicing to notice and attend to their body sensations in the moment.
