I work from relational, systemic and strength-based perspectives and integrate attachment and trauma theories and techniques including Polyvagal-Informed Therapies (including the safe and sound protocol), EMDR, Parts Work (informed by a flexible integration of structural dissociation theory, internal family systems, ego state therapy and schema therapy), Circle of Security Parenting and body-based approaches including Deep Brain Reorienting, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for trauma, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Trauma Sensitive Yoga.

I am a board-approved supervisor with AHPRA and an Individual Schema Therapy Supervisor/Trainer. My interests include working with individuals of all ages with childhood trauma histories (particularly parents/carers seeking to break intergenerational patterns), other mental health clinicians seeking their own therapy, Perinatal and Infant Mental Health, Functional Neurological Disorder and other Dissociative Disorders, Neurodiversity (particularly autism spectrum conditions) and those who identify as lgbtqia+.
