Details

I work predominantly in the public mental health system with children, young people and their parent/carers, family and broader support networks. Alongside I engage in a small amount of private practice via Telehealth focusing on supervision and supporting mental health clinicians seeking their own therapeutic space.

I work from a relational, systemic and dialogical approach and integrate attachment and trauma theories and techniques including Polyvagal-Informed Therapies (including the safe and sound protocol), EMDR, Ego State/Parts Work (including structural dissociation theory, internal family systems and schema therapy), Circle of Security Parenting and body-based approaches including Deep Brain Reorienting, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for trauma, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Trauma Sensitive Yoga.

I am a board-approved supervisor with AHPRA and an Individual Schema Therapy Supervisor/Trainer. My interests include working with individuals of all ages with childhood trauma histories (particularly parents/carers seeking to break intergenerational patterns), neurodiversity (particularly autism spectrum conditions) and those who identify as lgbtqia+.
