Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. My goal as a therapist is to offer a warm and welcoming space for you to work through life's challenges, transition, and heal from anything in the past that is limiting you now. In addition to working with you through Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, I am a certified perinatal mental health therapist, meaning I have specialized training in supporting people through reproductive health, pregnancy, postpartum, and loss/miscarriage.
