Martha Lilia's clinical experience has included mainly working with sexual abuse and domestic violence survivors. She currently practices individual therapy with adult individuals (18 y/o and up) experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD (including dissociative symptoms), and Complex PTSD in both English and Spanish.
My passion lies in helping clients connect with their voice, strength, and sense of self. Some trauma specific treatment modalities I use are Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Feminist-Multicultural Therapy (FMT).
