My clinical experience has included working with sexual abuse and domestic violence survivors. I currently practice individual therapy with adult individuals (18 y/o and up) experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD (including dissociative symptoms), and Complex PTSD in both English and Spanish - my primary language is Spanish.
My passion lies in helping clients connect with their voice, strength, and sense of self. Some trauma specific treatment modalities I used are SP, EMDR, & IFS.
