I qualified as a psychotherapist in 2004, focusing my therapy work on a range of mental health issues, men's health, domestic abuse and its impact on both women and men, and trauma. I have a particular interest in mindful self-compassion. I manage a community-based, low-cost counselling centre 4 days per week and maintain a private practice outside of this. I have also trained in EMDR.
