I am a multilingual (German, Italian, Spanish, French) licensed professional counselor in NY and NJ. I have a master´s degree in mental health counseling from Hunter College and a Ph.D. in counseling from Montclair State University. In addition to my private practice, I also work as an adjunct lecturer at Montclair State University. I work primarily with adults who struggle with complex trauma and PTSD and incorporate aspects of Existential therapy, EMDR, IFS, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. My clinical interests include trauma-informed care, spirituality, multicultural diversity, and combatting antisemitism.
