I have a special interest in trauma, parenting, adolescents, prenatal/postpartum psychology, and somatic psychotherapy.
From time to time, I run experiential psycho-educational groups as support to those in therapy.
My background in dance therapy, movement education, child and youth work, and childbirth education has informed my work as a psychotherapist. My experience as a mother and grandmother, including grandchildren with autism, has taught me humility and a sense of humour. I continue to learn and to dance in my mature years.
