I offer a combination of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and parts work based on the Structural Dissociation model taught by Janina Fisher. Often we start with stabilization and resourcing in order to allow some immediate relief while working towards the longer term goals of decreasing symptoms of trauma and improvements in relationships and other areas of functioning.
