I am passionate about working together somatically and interpersonally. Each of us carries an innate body intelligence and wisdom as well as a natural capacity for healing and growth. I work with you to help you hear this inner wisdom, heal emotional wounds, and connect to your inner self.
I identify as a cis-gendered, heterosexual, white and able-bodied woman. I live on the traditional land and unceded territory of the Kanienʼkehá꞉ka (Mohawk) people, custodians of the land and waters. I am a psychologist practicing since 2005 and am Certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
My specialties are developmental trauma, complex trauma, addictions, and anger management.
I am a slow runner, I meditate, and am an avid reader.
