I trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and have integrated the theory and practice deeply into my work. I have also completed the Advanced Training in Traumatic Injury and parts work. I work face to face and online in Banbury, Oxfordshire and in Wimpole Street, London. I have worked with and studied the effects of trauma for many years and have published a number of articles. Most recently, I have completed a book on trauma for a lay audience: 20 Ways to Break Free From Trauma. The book endeavours to make the symptoms of trauma, some of which are subtle and strange more accessible and understandable. This book is to be published by Jessica Kingsley (UK) in November 2024.
