Many of my clients are women and nonbinary folks in their 20s and 30s who are exploring their neurodivergence (usually Autism and/or ADHD) as an adult. They often come to therapy to end the cycle of stress and burnout and find ways to thrive so they can experience more ease, clarity, and joy in daily life.
You may already have a neurodivergent identity or be in the process of figuring out your experiences. Together, we’ll explore your unique strengths, learn how to meet sensory and self care needs, and address challenges that arise from living in a neurotypical world.
As a late-identified neurodivergent therapist, I have found that embracing our neurodivergence can lead us on a powerful journey of self-discovery, joy, and connection with ourselves and others. I offer culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirming therapy.
As a body-centered therapist, I support clients to connect to their bodies and find effective ways to manage stress responses and sensory needs in daily life.
