Rui Dolen is a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in the treatment of trauma, developmental trauma, and Complex PTSD in Adolescents and adults. Rui is a Certified somatic therapist combining Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) as well as Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (AF-EMDR). Rui's approach is holistic (mind-body-spirit) and non-violent, based on mindfulness and attachment, as well as Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB). Rui is also well experienced working with the performing art population. Rui is original from Beijing, China, and is deeply influenced by Buddhism philosophy.
