I began my journey of studying Sensorimotor Psychotherapy in 2010 and have been passionate about somatic trauma work as a healing practice ever since.

I specialize and work closely with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients from an anti-racist and decolonized perspective. Working towards healing the experience and bodies in all bodies including all sizes (HAES orientation), all genders (Trans, Non-Binary, ENBY, Cis), and presentations (race, class, sexual orientation and, and, and ..... ), as well as, with those who are in Kink and Poly communities and relationships, through working with both individuals and couples.

My passion is to listen and uplift the authentic narrative that lives powerfully and deeply in all of us.
