Details

I support individuals through embodied approaches to psychotherapy centered in somatics and dance/movement therapy. In talk-therapy, words are used as the primary material to "unpack" the emotional aspects of a person's experience. I use both words as well as connection to sensory, emotional, and creative explorations to support the goals you are working towards.

I have completed graduate-level training as a Dance Movement Therapist (DMT) through the National Centre for Dance Therapy in Montreal. I am also trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy as a way to bridge the somatic and neurobiology treatment of trauma within my practice. I am also part of the Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association.
