Hello, thank you for coming to my page! I am a trauma-informed associate of marriage and family therapy with a specialization in spirituality and depth psychology in the state of California. I am also an experienced yoga teacher with foundational training in vinyasa yoga and advanced training in restorative and yin styles of yoga.
