SP is the foundation of my clinical work, supported by EMDR, ART, and TRIP. My practice focuses on anxiety, trauma, and the emotional complexity of caregiving—particularly for those supporting someone living with dementia. I also specialize in reproductive mental health, including perinatal mood concerns, fertility loss, and traumatic birth. As a Consultant, I support therapists in using their bodies as instruments of attunement, deepening presence, and integrating SP with clarity and creativity.

Emily works with trauma, including complex and developmental trauma, including those clients with dissociative symptoms of all kinds, chronic pain, and chronic illness, and clients with attachment and developmental injury.
