Penny Waller Ulmer, MA Registered Psychologist | Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist SPI Approved Consultant – Edmonton, Alberta (Treaty 6 Territory) I’ve been connected to Sensorimotor Psychotherapy since 2013—first as a client, then as a student, and now as a Certified Practitioner and Approved Consultant. SP is the foundation of my clinical work, supported by EMDR, ART, and TRIP. My practice focuses on anxiety, trauma, and the emotional complexity of caregiving—particularly for those supporting someone living with dementia. I also specialize in reproductive mental health, including perinatal mood concerns, fertility loss, and traumatic birth. As a Consultant, I support therapists in using their bodies as instruments of attunement, deepening presence, and integrating SP with clarity and creativity.

Janice Meilach, MEd, RP, CSP is a Registered Psychotherapist who has been practicing for 30 years in Toronto, Canada. She is a trauma and attachment specialist who became a Certified Advanced Practitioner in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy in 2011. She successfully completed the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute Approved Consultant Program in 2018.

Molly DePrekel (she, her, hers) is a psychologist in private practice both at the Cairns Psychological Services and Consulting and Hold Your Horses. She provides therapy and consultation for other professionals in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Animal Assisted Interventions. She holds a certification in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, and Yoga. She is passionate about bringing authentic restorative practices to others to promote post-traumatic growth, prevent burnout and share the healing power of nature.
