I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Transpersonal Psychology, DBT, CBT, and other modalities. I work with clients in a holistic systems way that explores the cognitive, physical, emotional, spiritual, relational, and cultural dimensions of an individual's experience. The center of my practice involves supporting people to develop self-awareness and awareness of life's dynamics through practicing mindfulness. This tends to organically open the way to experimenting with how to work with life's dynamics so as to manifest a better life experience. I employ several therapeutic modalities to help people observe, process, develop insight, release painful emotions, learn skills, and practice the kinds of thinking and behavior that support happiness and well-being.
