I combine Western psychotherapy with mindfulness-based somatic practices. I offer a safe space to explore your concerns, and combine a gentle presence with an active approach to facilitating change. I believe trials can bring transformation. I believe struggles can provide an opportunity to grow in life-giving ways. It is never too late to live a meaningful life. Although therapy can be difficult, it can be incredibly rewarding as clients discover new ways of living and being.
