Virginia is an Integrative Accredited Psychotherapist (MBACP) experienced in treating complex mental health conditions such as Trauma, PTSD and Dissociation.

Virginia's integrative approach enables to adapt to individual needs. Her core approaches are Attachment-based and Sensorimotor psychotherapy. Both are informed by the latest developments in neuroscience and mental health research to treat emotional dysregulation and more specifically traumatic experiences including childhood trauma. Of special interest to her is how unresolved and traumatic experiences can be healed and transformed by a greater integration of the mind and body.

Virginia works with adults of all walks of life. She worked for the NHS and various charities in London. She currently has in private practice in-person and online. Virginia I recently relocated in France (PARIS, XVth district) where she sees clients in-person. She continues seeing her London-based client online and offers them regular in-person sessions when she returns to London. Virginia also has a worldwide online private practice.

Virginia has a Post Graduate diploma for Regents 'University and a Post Graduate certificate in Attachment Theory.
