My clients often seek therapy when their body feels tense or overwhelmed, relationships feel difficult, or work interactions become hard to navigate. In our work together, we approach these experiences without pathologizing, gently including the body as an important source of information and support.
My work is grounded in embodied presence and careful pacing, working with the body as experience unfolds in the present moment. I support choice, consent, and a sense of agency throughout the process. Interventions are offered as invitations rather than instructions, within a relational, non-judgmental, and respectful therapeutic environment. I also bring a deep understanding of essential qualities and states of presence, supporting clients in noticing the difference between conditioned patterns and more fundamental experiences of vitality, clarity, and embodied presence.
Through the therapeutic process, clients develop greater self-confidence, resilience, and self-compassion. They become more able to meet life and relationships with greater awareness and choice.
I have been in private practice since 2006, with a background in Gestalt, systemic, and expressive art-based approaches. My work initially focused on supporting individuals through life transitions and shifts in identity, and has since evolved into a trauma-informed practice.
