Experiential therapy has the most potential I have seen in my 25 years as a therapist to transform emotional pain and trauma. I am an SPI Faculty member and the lead SP trainer in NYC. I've run consultation groups for many years. I love seeing how members learn skills and gain confidence in community. I am certified in SE and trained in EMDR and IFS. I hold faculty positions at the NIP Trauma Studies Program and Seton Hall’s MSW Program and am a frequent workshop presenter.

Clinically, I work with individuals and couples to improve their relationships and work on emotional reactions including, anxiety, shame, and anger, by experientially learning and practicing new skills. I bring an awareness of power, oppression, and privilege to my sessions. My work is grounded in cutting-edge theory and skill but also hope; people heal when given the support and attunement they need.
