I marvel at how harnessing the wisdom of the body can lead to integration, healing, and resilience. My specialties are recovery from effects of trauma including misrecognition and betrayal, deep connection with oneself, grief, healthy boundaries, life transitions, and life in relationship. My work is holistic and informed by 30 years of meditation practice, Aikido, and other movement studies. Together, we allow healing to unfold organically and foster transformation, revealing it's gifts and your innate strengths and resources. I completed a Diplom in Paedagogik in Germany in 1991, and an MA in Somatic Psychology in 1997 at Naropa University where I served as adjunct faculty for 12 years. I began teaching for the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute in 1999 and have maintained a private practice since 1997.
