My practice seeks to help you transform your inner thoughts and emotions and discover the role your body plays in helping you feel more fulfilled in the life you live. Our work together will help you discover new ways to experience relationships with others and most importantly, yourself. I work with clients who may have experienced, or are experiencing, trauma, are struggling with depression, anxiety, challenges in relationships, life transitions, and parenting.
