With doctoral-level psychology training in evidence-based approaches and years of experience in NHS trauma, addiction, child and adolescent services, Higher Education, and the third sector, I am committed to consider your unique context. Together, we can develop a compassionate understanding of what is at the root of your problems and help you break free from repeating patterns.

I have a special interest in considering the intersection of traumatic experiences and often minoritised identities, such as neurodivergence, ethnic, sexual and gender diversity. Having worked with children, young people, adults and older adults, I can adapt my approach to be age appropriate.
