I adopt an integrative and experiential approach, helping clients align with their true selves to live courageously and relate wholeheartedly. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, relational harms, and losses. A significant part of my practice focuses on addressing feelings of shame, not-belonging, and disconnection from the body’s natural rhythms, alongside challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and identity exploration.

Through a healing relationship, I accompany clients through the often-messy process of change, drawing on their inborn capacity for growth and wisdom. I offer a gentle, nonjudgmental space to build trust and to feel deeply understood and safe. Together, we track current concerns, explore earlier experiences, and identify activations of the past that may contribute to feelings of being stuck. By recognizing patterns and beliefs that hold them back, I help clients learn to regulate and reconnect the stories of the mind, heart, and body. This process allows for compassionate self-attunement and authentic expression, enabling them to honor their emotions while cultivating curiosity, grace, and a sense of freedom in their lives.
