Whether you are feeling stuck in life, experiencing a transition or loss, or feeling disconnected from your core self, counselling can help. My clients are typically high-functioning and competent individuals, yet struggle on the inside with issues such as anxiety, emptiness, identity and recurring unhelpful patterns which affect them, their relationships, and other areas of their lives. What if you viewed the parts of you that feel stuck or the issues that you experience as profound opportunities for growth and transformation?

Counselling can offer a powerful and compassionate space to heal and transform your life. Oftentimes, tuning into the darkness can be a necessary part of your journey to a more authentic life, and exploring this in a safe environment may be an important first step in that direction.

By using a somatic and mindfulness-based approach, we can work on recognizing and acknowledging limiting beliefs and patterns which create lack of flow, and move beyond them. We will uncover new, healthier ways of functioning, which foster self-healing, personal growth, and ultimately lead to a richer and more fulfilling life.
