Jessica Welker M.S.Ed., MHC-LP

Jessica is a mental health counselor who works with clients on a wide range of issues including anxiety, relational trauma, vicarious trauma, attachment, depression, grief, relationship issues, and body image. She specializes working with the LGBTQ+ community, survivors of sexual violence, and human service professionals with vicarious trauma. She prioritizes creating a safe and warm environment where clients can increase self-awareness, build self-compassion, and connect with their internal wisdom. She values working collaboratively with each individual to develop a tailored approach to facilitate personal growth. In addition to using Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Jessica uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) with clients.
