I help adults, children, and youth move through trauma and overwhelm by working with the body and nervous system, not just thoughts and words. I offer Sensorimotor Psychotherapy as part of my integrative, somatic therapy approach, grounded in the understanding that experiences are held in the body and that lasting change happens when the mind and nervous system are supported together.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is a body based trauma therapy that supports awareness of how emotions, memories, and relationship patterns show up through physical sensations and nervous system responses. In our work, I help you gently notice these patterns and develop new ways of responding that increase regulation, resilience, and connection. This approach can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, emotional dysregulation, and stress.

I work with adults, children, and youth and aim to create brave therapeutic spaces rooted in curiosity, choice, and collaboration. I bring warmth and trauma informed humor into sessions when appropriate to support connection and regulation without minimizing your experience. One of the parts I love most about this work is witnessing the moments when clients can feel their trauma is truly in the past, or when children feel calmer, more confident, and more deeply connected to the people they love.

Sessions are available in person and online.
