SP is the foundation of my clinical work, supported by EMDR, ART, and TRIP. My practice focuses on anxiety, trauma, and the emotional complexity of caregiving—particularly for those supporting someone living with dementia. I also specialize in reproductive mental health, including perinatal mood concerns, fertility loss, and traumatic birth.
